Evan Zentner, Drag Director
Hey there Agros my name is Evan Zentner I come from a small mixed farm consisting of grain and purebred charolais cattle near Leroy, SK. I am currently in my “LAST year” of my agronomy degree and this is my 3rd year as a member of the executive. I am the drag director and you might ask what does that all entail… well every year we have an event called Ag Bag Drag. It is a tradition that lasts nearly 70 years. The event includes my favourite things LIVE MUSIC, good brews, and good times with 2000 of your party connoisseur comrades. Dancing skills are an asset but not required. Outside of planning this large scale event I'm here to help out with whatever my peers require. You can reach out to me on any of the larger social media platforms and also don't be afraid to say hello when you catch me at school or at the local watering hole. In my more than I care to say years of university I have learned a few things… a few beers on thursday is one too many to make that 8:30 friday morning, put yourself out there to meet people as we are all a family here and you will be surprised to find out how much you and your peers have in common, and finally focusing on academics is great but don't let it hinder making connections with fellow students, industry, and faculty members so that means going to events and enjoying the occasional beverage.
